Schumacher is widening the tuning range of its 1/10 4WD CAT PB buggy with a set of three additional anti-roll bars. Nothing spectacular to look at, but this is exactly the kind of part that separates a decent car from a well-sorted one, especially on a 4WD where load transfer is decided by tenths of a millimetre of wire diameter.

Three diameters to fill the gaps between settings

The set includes 1.3 mm, 1.5 mm and 1.7 mm bars. The idea is not to replace the bars supplied with the kit, but to tighten the steps between two existing values. On a 4WD buggy, moving from one bar to the next changes grip, roll speed and the way the relevant end hooks up on power — too big a jump between diameters often forces the driver to compensate elsewhere, on springs or shock oils.

With these three intermediate values, the driver can work on the CAT PB‘s behaviour in small increments while keeping the rest of the set-up fixed. That is exactly what top-level drivers ask for when they move from an Astro track to dirt or carpet within the same season.

Race-proven by Daniel Kobbevik and the factory team

Schumacher states that this set was used by Daniel Kobbevik and the wider factory team to win the 2026 European Championship held in Austria. The British brand is therefore promoting a part already proven at the highest level rather than a simple catalogue option — an argument that counts in a market where many tuning accessories are released before they have raced.

Where to find the set in Europe

The CAT PB anti-roll bar set is announced as available from Schumacher dealers, with Wartelle Shop, Donuts Racing and RC Team among the European outlets listed. A modest investment given the tuning precision it adds to a competition 4WD buggy.
