Ielasi Tuned is launching a Team Edition version of its two .21 on-road engines, the GranTurismo GT and the Pista. The Italian engine builder from Casorate Sempione takes the basis of its range and grafts on the developments validated by its factory drivers at the highest international level.
A GranTurismo GT Team Edition born from a European title
The Team Edition version of the GranTurismo GT stems directly from the European title won in Portugal by Andrea Catanzani. The engine gets an HD-treated crankcase, a new crankcase cap, an in-house top needle, a WIB ceramic bearing, a 7mm short venturi and a reworked cooling head.
The Pista Team Edition banks on exhaust timing
The Pista Team Edition starts from the previous version and stands out through three main changes: the same HD-treated crankcase, the new crankcase cap, and above all different exhaust timing, a parameter that directly governs the way the engine builds revs. It too receives the WIB ceramic bearing and a 9mm short venturi in V2 form.
Pre-orders open, delivery in mid-September
Both engines are open for pre-order now at Ielasi Tuned, for an announced availability on 14 September 2026. A window that falls right in the middle of end-of-season preparation for 1:8 nitro on-road drivers.
