Carisma expands its touring lineup with the M40F, a new 1/10 scale front-wheel-drive (FWD) chassis built for on-road performance. Listed as #91668 and priced at $299, this kit brings an architecture new to the brand’s catalog.
An FWD layout inspired by real cars
The carbon fiber chassis features engineered flex to replicate the behavior of a front-engine, front-wheel-drive car: the ESC sits at the front of the chassis to shift weight toward the steering wheels. At the rear, a torsion-bar suspension draws directly from solutions seen in full-size GT/Touring racing.
Technical features and compatibility
The M40F uses an all-metal front differential, adjustable track widths from 257 to 260 mm, and compatibility with Carisma‘s 190 mm bodies, a 12 mm wheel hex, and 24 mm diameter tires. An independent rear suspension conversion is announced as a future option, paving the way for a more versatile setup.
