Yokomo Rookie Speed RS2.0 Team Spec: the 1/10 4WD touring kit moves upmarket

Yokomo now offers a Team Spec version of its Rookie Speed RS2.0, a belt-driven 1/10 4WD touring car chassis, part number #RSR-020TS. This variant adds a series of aluminum and graphite parts aimed at increasing rigidity, lowering the center of gravity and sharpening cornering behavior.

What changes on the Yokomo Rookie Speed RS2.0 Team Spec

On the menu: short aluminum shocks, an aluminum center pulley, aluminum lower bulkheads, aluminum steering bellcranks and a graphite upper deck, in addition to the 2-belt drivetrain and four-wheel independent suspension already found on the base version. Yokomo keeps the RS2.0’s easy handling while offering a tuning level closer to its competition chassis.

The kit is priced at around ¥49,000 (roughly $320) from the Japanese manufacturer.
