JConcepts launches the Boss 2.2-inch competition rock crawler tire

JConcepts expands its crawler lineup with the Boss, a new 2.2-inch competition rock crawler tire (part number 4007-02), designed and developed in the USA.

A tread pattern built for flex and stability

The Boss from JConcepts has a 5.75-inch overall diameter with a 1.5-inch carcass, featuring an original tread layout combining a base pattern with an overlaying bar tread, built to flex while maintaining stability over obstacles. Its radiused edges create an arched profile that acts like a bridge-like structure.

Medium React inserts and exposed sidewall rubber

Shipping with medium-feel open-cell React inserts, the Boss exposes part of its sidewall rubber for better grip in dry conditions while grinding on rocks. Compatible with 2.2-inch competition wheels, it retails for $44 ($33 MAP).
