Furitek Raptor 11kg: a fast steering servo for 1/24 and 1/18 crawlers

Furitek rounds out its small-scale electronics lineup with the Raptor, a high-speed steering servo rated at 11kg-cm of torque at 8.4V, part number FUR-2837. It targets the brand’s 1/24 and 1/18 crawlers and buggies, including the Titan Buggy Ultimate 24, Titan Buggy 18, Titan U4 Ultimate 24, TerraX and Terra Comp.

The case is machined 6061-T6 aluminum, with high-strength steel gears, dual ball bearings and a 25-tooth output spline. Furitek claims a fast response of 0.08 sec/60° at 8.4V, a strong selling point for drivers chasing sharper steering response on compact models. The JST ZHR-3 1.5mm 3-pin connector makes it compatible with Furitek Micro RX systems.

The Raptor is priced at $39 from the manufacturer.
