Tekno RC Unveils a Ventilated Brake Disc and New Drivetrain Parts for NB48/NT48

Tekno RC expands the optional parts catalog for its NB48 and NT48 2.2 platforms, with four new items announced in late July 2026.

A lighter ventilated brake disc

The new TKR33345X disc features 24 cross-drilled ventilation holes, improving cooling while cutting 3.5g per pair of weight compared to the previous model. It bolts directly onto all NB48/NT48 platforms as a replacement for the TKR5345B.

Other new parts

• Center driveshafts (TKR9376 rear / TKR9377 front) machined from hardened steel, reducing drivetrain friction compared to classic universal joints
• TEAM SPEC differential set (TKR9150X) at a 20/10T ratio for 2.x platforms — Tekno recommends a noticeably thicker diff oil with this kit
• Short shock boots (TKR8743, 16mm) with improved tear resistance

These parts are aimed primarily at competition drivers looking to fine-tune the reliability and efficiency of their drivetrain.
