Mike Van Beneden wins Final B in 1:8 Eco Buggy at Buggyland Madrid

Belgian driver Mike Van Beneden, active on the international electric 1/8 buggy scene, won Final B of the 1:8 Eco Buggy [Sport] class at Buggyland in Madrid (Spain), the traditional international race held at the Fuencarral circuit, celebrating its 12th edition (“12+1”) this year.

Van Beneden ahead of Fernandez Bravo and Martinez in Final B

On the Final B podium: Mike Van Beneden in 1st place, ahead of Spain’s Francisco Fernandez Bravo (2nd) and Abel Martinez (3rd). In the overall standings of the 1:8 Eco Buggy [Sport] class, which brought together 45 drivers, Mike Van Beneden finished 16th overall — a solid result that crowns his Final B win.

A fine performance from this Belgian international driver, confirming the good health of the accessible and hotly contested Eco Buggy class at this Spanish international classic.
