Under an official NASCAR Cup Series licence, Losi is rounding out its on-road range with a Losi 1/12 NASCAR dressed in the no. 38 livery of the Ford Mustang campaigned by Zane Smith in 2026. Sold ready-to-run under part number LOS1122638, it plays the faithful-replica card without skimping on the mechanicals.

Losi 1/12 NASCAR: a fully equipped RTR stock car

The car comes out of the box fully assembled and decorated. The box contains the battery, the charger and the transmitter with its batteries: all that is left is to charge up and drive. Losi quotes over 20 mph top speed and around twenty minutes of runtime per charge, with a recharge time of under an hour.

All-wheel drive and a serious chassis for the scale

Under the body, the composite chassis gets an all-wheel-drive drivetrain with metal gears, four-wheel independent suspension and oil-filled coil-over shocks. The licensed Goodyear Eagle slick tyres are factory-mounted on BBS rims, a finishing touch that is rare at this scale.

Spektrum electronics and rookie mode

The radio package is all Spektrum: an SLT2 2.4 GHz transmitter with a “rookie” mode that limits throttle to 50% or 75%, a waterproof 25 A SLT 2-in-1 ESC/receiver, a waterproof SX110 metal-gear servo, a Smart 2S 1400 mAh 30C LiPo battery and an S10 Smart G2 USB-C charger. The motor is a brushed MEGA 380 28T.
