JConcepts keeps growing its 13-inch wheelbase retro monster truck, the REACTOR, with two releases published the same week: a steel chassis weight and a wide range of optional black anodized aluminum parts.
JConcepts REACTOR: a steel weight and 16 aluminum parts to fine-tune the chassis
The steel chassis weight (#9037, 454g, $34 / $28.90 MAP) replaces the #9020 standoffs and sits low in the chassis to lower the center of gravity and improve suspension behavior and landings. Alongside it, JConcepts rounds out the option line with sixteen black anodized aluminum parts: chassis spacers, washers, slipper spring spacers, gearbox standoffs, caster blocks, diff housings, 4/5/6mm hex drives, rear hubs and suspension links. Enough to fully customize the REACTOR’s running gear, piece by piece, for drivers looking to tune the weight and stiffness of their monster truck to their driving style.
