California-based tuner ALF1 Racing Designs unveils new parts for its 1/10 scale Formula 1 chassis, the ALF1’27, some of which are already compatible with the ALF1’26 launched in late 2025.
A reworked battery box
The new “27” battery box gains optional rear body mounting holes, additional side mounting points, and a screw-adjustable upper droop limiter, designed for high-grip tracks and to reduce traction roll. It features a lightweight 3-gram battery strap.
Wings designed for consistent handling
The front wing, compatible with the Tamiya F104 mounting pattern, features a low-downforce profile aimed at keeping a consistent feel at both low and high speed. Made from a new, stiffer material without added weight, it weighs just 23 grams and includes an extra protective plate. The rear wing rounds out the set at 26 grams. Both parts are offered in high-visibility white at ALF1 Racing Designs.
