Aerox, Schumacher‘s accessory brand, introduces a new gluing jig dedicated to tyre sidewalls, designed to make the process “easier, cleaner, and more consistent” from one gluing session to the next.
Precise control over gluing height
The Aerox tool allows fine adjustment of the height at which the sidewall is glued to the rim, thanks to a ball joint fitted with an M3 x 12 countersunk screw, or studs supplied in various lengths that lock with a steel nut. The higher the pivot is set, the steeper the gluing angle, for wider sidewall coverage.
Compatible with touring, off-road and MTC
The Aerox jig features an outer ring dedicated to off-road tyres and an inner ring for touring car tyres, making it usable across 1:10 Off-Road, Touring Car, and MTC categories. In practice, you simply slide the tool inside a plastic tyre bag, apply glue around the rim, and spin the tyre for an even bond.
