Rlaarlo lifts the veil on the XDX RWD, a new RTR drift car aimed at drivers who want to go beyond casual bashing. The rear-wheel-drive chassis is built around an architecture designed specifically for drift driving style rather than the all-round compromise of entry-level models.
Cantilever front suspension and a limited-slip differential
The standout feature of the Rlaarlo XDX is its independent cantilever-style front suspension, paired with a limited-slip rear differential for precise control of slide angle exiting corners. The car also gets a magnetic battery tray and magnetic body mounts, designed to speed up swaps between runs.
Inside the cabin, Rlaarlo paid attention to detail: a functional shifter and steering wheel ready to accept a servo, a working handbrake and an adjustable seat, all adding to the car’s scale realism. It will be offered with a choice of two different bodies.
Availability
The Rlaarlo XDX RWD is currently at the official teaser stage, with a full release expected to follow in the coming weeks.
