The Furitek KOMODO UNITY 10 PRO Sensored takes the brand’s 2-in-1 combo concept one step further: a 2000KV outrunner brushless motor and an FOC ESC in a single unit, now completed by an integrated magnetic sensor system. Listed as FUR-2834 at $149.99, it is aimed at competition 1/10 crawlers.

A magnetic sensor for traction at very low speed

That is the real news in this PRO Sensored version. By giving the ESC the rotor’s exact position, the sensor removes start-up cogging and makes throttle metering far finer, exactly where a crawler needs it: the first few degrees of trigger on a vertical ledge or through a gate. Furitek claims smoother start-up, more precise control and high torque at very low speed.

An adjustable start-up mode through the Furicar app

The PRO Sensored version introduces a fully configurable start-up system driven from the Furicar app, letting the driver pick the behaviour that matches their style and the terrain. The rest of the UNITY platform’s settings remain accessible from the same app.

Less wiring, more room in the chassis

The appeal of the 2-in-1 format is not limited to performance. By integrating the ESC into the motor, Furitek removes the loom between the two parts: fewer cables to route, lower overall weight and a noticeably cleaner chassis layout, a serious argument on a competition 1/10 where space above the drivetrain is tight.
