Pandora RC is making a strong move on the Toyota front with a new 3-door AE86 Trueno drift body, part number PAB-4228, certified by tuner TEC ART’S. This AE86 Trueno drift body carries over the timeless lines of the famous Hachiroku while being resized to fit modern 1:10 chassis.

An AE86 Trueno drift body true to the real car’s proportions

Molded in clear unpainted polycarbonate, this Pandora RC body measures 197mm wide front and rear, with a wheelbase of 252-255mm. Wheel-well ground clearance is 71mm at the front and 66mm at the rear, dimensions designed to match typical 1:10 drift setups. The bumper is a separate piece, a choice that allows a level of detail one-piece bodies can’t match.

TEC ART’S certification and box contents

Developed in direct collaboration with TEC ART’S, this version of the Pandora RC AE86 Trueno carries the Japanese tuner’s certification logo, a guarantee of fidelity to the real body kits used in Japan’s drift scene. The box includes the raw body shell, a dedicated sticker sheet and a masking sheet to help paint the windows and decorative stripes.

Like the rest of the Pandora RC lineup, this AE86 Trueno drift body is entirely made in Japan. The announced manufacturer price is 9,240 yen, offered as a pre-order at 8,778 yen, a launch deal spotted notably at Japanese reseller Banzai Hobby. Release is scheduled for late October 2026.

No official European reseller has announced distribution for part number PAB-4228 so far; French enthusiasts will for now have to turn to direct import from Japan to get their hands on this Pandora RC AE86 Trueno body.
