MIP keeps growing its vintage 1:10 buggy lineup with a new modular front weight kit (part number MIP-26120), designed to fine-tune the handling of both the original Team Associated RC10 and the MIP 4-10 Legend conversion kit.
An adjustable weight from 14 to 28 grams
The system relies on a smart interlocking design: each weight, machined from high-quality alloy steel with a black oxide finish and laser engraving, can be used alone (14g) or stacked with a second one (up to 28g total), with the male weight flipping to lock the secondary weight in place. The assembly sits between the chassis’ front pivot blocks.
A fine-tuning option for vintage racing
This MIP front weight kit lets vintage buggy racers fine-tune weight distribution without swapping mechanical parts, a valuable tuning option on a platform as well studied as the Team Associated RC10. No pricing has been announced yet by MIP.
