The LGRP Rally Runner body fills a well-identified gap: the Arrma Mojave Grom, a small 1/16 desert truck appreciated for its toughness, had until now almost no alternative body available. LGRP (Little Guy Racing Parts) answers that with a complete set carrying a rally silhouette, part number LGRRB001.
A rally profile straight from the golden era
The design is an unashamed nod to rally icons: sloping bonnet, flared arches, taut roofline. Supplied clear and pre-cut, the shell can be painted to taste, leaving complete freedom to reproduce a period livery or invent your own. Window masks and a decal sheet are included in the box.
A direct fit on the Mojave Grom
Key point, this is not a universal body to be adapted: the set is designed to drop straight onto the Mojave Grom chassis and uses the kit’s factory clipless body mounting system. No drilling, no extra mounts to add — a real argument on a machine you mostly take out to drive fast without overthinking it.
Injection-moulded bumpers, skids and wing
The set is not limited to polycarbonate. LGRP adds injection-moulded parts: front and rear bumpers, roof rail skids and a whale tail wing, which is exactly the kit of parts expected on a rally car. The whole set is announced at $39.99, a reasonable sum to give a visual second life to a 1/16 machine that, in stock form, looks like every other one.
